Mr. McDonald Chilepa is a seasoned legal, finance, and corporate governance professional with extensive experience in financial management, regulatory compliance, and board leadership.

He holds qualifications including FCCA (ACCA UK), FZICA, an LLB from the University of Zambia School of Law, and is a ZIALE enrolled student and ICSA finalist. He is also a certified Financial Literacy Trainer and MSME Mentor.

He currently serves as Lead Consultant and Executive Member (Legal, Finance and Administration) at Celine Nair and Company Advocates and is an executive member of ZEMIA. 

His professional background includes serving as Finance Manager and Acting Executive Director at ZCCP, a donorfunded programme supported by the EU, DFID, Netherlands, and Ireland, as well as Financial Controller at Corpus Globe Advocates. He also served as a Non-Executive Board Member for Select Africa Zambia. 

Nationally, Mr. Chilepa has contributed to regulatory and standards development through appointments on the ERB EV Regulatory Framework Technical Committee, the ZABS EV Standards Committee, and the UNECA Special High-Level Consultation Panel.

In board leadership, he serves as Chairperson, overseeing board meetings, chairing the Legal, Risk and Compliance Committee, and providing legal review and EU grant compliance oversight for contracts and governance matters.
